If an account was created for you on the Wildland Fire Learning Portal prior to September 14th, 2024 and you are attempting to log in, you would first have been directed to https://www.wildlandfirelearningportal.net/login/index.php and received this message:
DO NOT PANIC!
Do NOT create a new account.
All you need to do is to enter the username and password that you were using prior to September 14th, 2024. You will then receive this message:
Click "Continue" and you will receive this message:
Click “Continue” and it will take you back to the home page:
Check the email associated with your Learning Portal account for a password reset email from "noreply@wildlandfirelearningportal.net". Open the email and follow the instructions to finish resetting your password.
After resetting your password, go back to the Wildland Fire Learning Portal login page (https://www.wildlandfirelearningportal.net/login/index.php), enter your username and the new password you just created, and click the "Log in" button.
If you don't remember your username and/or password, click on "Forgotten your username or password?":
The system will guide you through the process of recovering your username and password.
When trying to recover your username and password, only enter your username or email, do not enter both at the same time.
The system will then send you an email within 10-15 minutes. If you do not receive the email, reply to this email and one our support staff will continue to work with you to find a resolution.
If you don't have access to the email account associated with your wildland learning portal account to be able to reset your password, submit a ticket through the Wildland Fire Learning Portal Help Center and one our support staff will work with you to find a resolution.
