Have you requested an account on the Learning Portal but are unable to access your account?
Before you get frustrated:
- Did you confirm your email account? The Learning Portal sends an email to the email address that you entered on your account request to ensure that your email is valid, so you can receive information from your course instructor. If you do not find the email from the Learning Portal, check your junk mail or spam folder.
- Are you using a non-government email address? If you use your work email and it is from a government agency with a domain name such as: usda.gov, blm.gov, ios.doi.gov, etc., the approval process is much faster. If you use a personal email address such as: gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc., the approval process takes longer- from 1-2 business days.
- Has it been 1-2 business days since you confirmed your email address?
