The Learning Portal has only been available since 2019, and courses such as: S-190, S-130 and L-180 have only been available on the Learning Portal since 2021. Accounts prior to this may have been on the FEMA NFA website. If you think that your account was on the FEMA NFA website and you need to access certificates, you will need to contact them at: NFAOnlineHelp@fema.dhs.gov.
The Wildland Fire Learning Portal is not connected to the USFA NFA website and we are not able to assist with certificates from that website.
